About this apartment rental
Spacious basement apartment abutting Apex Park up on beautiful Lookout Mountain with large yard and beautiful patio. Great location as you are close to Denver and Red Rocks yet up in the peaceful mountains! The apartment is completely separate from the main house and is truly a get-a-way escape from it all. You can also work from the unit with excellent internet service.
The 1,700 square foot unit includes a family room with smart t.v., dining area, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, patio, cell and wifi coverage with speeds up to 400 Mbps.
The first bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has one queen bed and a twin day bed.
Outdoor patio with seating to enjoy the views and your morning coffee. Or strike up the BBQ grill for dinner and drinks while the sun is setting.
Denver Airport is 45 minutes away. Downtown Denver is 30 minutes and Red Rocks Ampitheater, Golden and Evergreen are just 15 minutes away. Many world class ski areas within an hours drive.
Note: The unit is at 7,200 elevation so during the months of October through April AWD or traction devices are highly recommended.

Beautiful location and quiet, comfortable home. The scenery and herd of elk that passed through were a highlight! The only issue we had was with the youtube TV, but that wasn’t a high priority for us. Close enough to Denver and Golden to make day trips easy, but still feel “away from it all.” Would definitely enjoy staying here again!

We had the most wonderful stay here! It was so homey feeling and the setting was amazing. The listing title could not be more accurate. The wildlife viewing was incredible. It was perfect proximity to Red Rocks. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come again.

A convenient drive to the concert at red rocks that we were attending. Beautiful elk the very first night, and elk and deer the following evenings. Very happy with our stay.
