Welcome to our 1 Bedroom + 1 Bathroom condo located in the heart of Golden, perfect for up to four guests! Newly constructed, the spacious condo has a modern, open concept layout with high ceilings, lots of natural light and enough space to comfortably sleep your group of four on your trip to Golden! The centrally located condo allows you to walk nearly anywhere you would like to go in Golden. No Car? No problem!
The bedroom has a KING bed with a large walk-in closet. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, large vanity and plenty of storage space. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances so you and your group are able to cook great meals together in the condo. The living room has a comfy couch (which is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa) and a Smart TV with full cable.

We give our guests a 4 digit code to access the home and the space you`d like, but we are only a message or call away. Also, we live 10 minutes away and can quickly assist if needed.
-There is a minimum age limit of 23 to rent the home
-Early check-in is subject to availability and may have a fee.
-Smoking is NOT allowed indoors
-Pets are allowed NOT allowed in the building. If you bring a pet, the stay will have to be ended.
-No events or parties allowed
-There are neighbors, please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM
-Please park in assigned parking spot
-For VRBO, a signed rental agreement is required
-Occupancy of the unit is limited to four adults and their dependents, if any.

Gorgeous rental in Golden! So close to everything, organic grocery store right across the street, easy check in and out experience. This place is so well set up that you’ll feel right at home. Even the pull out couch is comfortable! Stefan was exceptionally responsive to all messages, and even dropped off an iron and ironing board when we needed it. We’re so happy with the whole experience! This place gets all the stars!
