Welcome to our cozy condo centrally situated in Golden, Colorado, perfect for up to four guests. The condo is in an ideal location to enjoy everything Golden has to offer! Whether you are coming to visit the School of Mines, see a show at Red Rocks, go on some amazing hikes, tube or white water raft Clear Creek, this location provides the opportunity to conveniently enjoy all of the activities you’d like! You can also take a short walk to Downtown Golden to enjoy the great restaurants, breweries, parks and shopping.
This modern 1 Bedroom + 1 Bathroom condo has an open floor plan with high ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a cozy living room with a Smart TV. The bedroom has a very comfortable KING bed, Smart TV and a large walk-in closet. The oversized bathroom has a large vanity and a walk-in shower. The living room has a new section with a Queen Sleeper Sofa!
