Welcome to our cozy, studio condo centrally located in Golden that combines modern living with the amazing outdoor opportunities Golden has to offer! No car, no problem! From the doorsteps of the condo you can walk to Downtown Golden to enjoy amazing restaurants, breweries and shopping or take a tour of the famous Coors Brewery which is only a 5 minute walk away! For outdoor enthusiasts, within walking distance you will find incredible trailheads and tubing down Clear Creek. It is also centrally located for the School of Mines and a 10 minute drive to the iconic Red Rocks!
When you walk into this recently built condo, you will be greeted with an open floor concept with high ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a very large bathroom with a walk-in closet. One of the best features is the incredibly spacious patio where you can sit back and relax or grill dinner while enjoying a beverage and taking in the great mountain views. The patio also has an awesome firepit.
The studio has a new KING bed situated behind the comfortable living room set up with Smart TV. Guests will also have access to a reserved parking spot and there is an elevator in the building to easily access the condo. The couch is also a full size sleeper sofa.

We give our guests a 4 digit code to access the home and the space you`d like, but we are only a message or call away. Also, we live 10 minutes away and can quickly assist if needed.

-Early check-in is subject to availability and may have a fee.
-Smoking is NOT allowed indoors
-Pets are NOT allowed by the building. If a pet is brought into the home, unfortunately the reservation will have to be ended.
-No events or parties allowed
-There are neighbors, please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM
-Please park in assigned parking spot
-For VRBO, a signed rental agreement is required
-Occupancy of the unit is limited to four adults and their dependents, if any

Condo was very nice, loved the balcony with the fire table. Great location near Mines and downtown Golden. One word of warning - bring / buy toilet paper as only 2 rolls supplied for 3 night stay.

It was great, some noise from the mechanicals on the roof but this was a minor issue.

Condo was amazing and Stefan was very responsive with the one thing we needed, which was simply to replace the propane tank in the outdoor fire pit so we could keep enjoying the wonderful patio. The bed is so comfortable and we can’t wait to come back.

Great stay and perfect location for enjoying Golden and surrounding areas! Very clean, quiet, and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Patio and fire pit were lovely in the evenings, and we loved walking downtown each morning to get coffee at the Windy Saddle and walk by the creek. Natural Grocers is just across the street. Owners provided tons of local recommendations and were responsive when we had a question. Grateful for our time there!
