About this apartment rental
Located in one of the most exclusive areas for enjoying views of Lake Como, this extraordinary apartment combines classic elegance with modern comfort, offering a refined space designed to comfortably accommodate a large number of guests.
With a floor area of over 150 square meters, the apartment occupies an entire floor of a historic apartment building. The entryway leads into a living room with hardwood floors and large windows that frame a postcard-perfect view of the lake, where the water blends with the sky and the mountains are reflected as if in a painting.
The three bedrooms, all with double beds, are furnished in a simple yet refined style, and each has access to a private bathroom.
The property is completed by a panoramic terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors or spending evenings under the stars, contemplating the lake in all its beauty. The landscape is so perfect it seems unreal: boats gliding across the calm waters, the city lights reflecting at sunset, and the mountains in the background as if to protect this enchanting scene.

The location of the Property was perfect for both going in and out of Como Town and also very conviently located nearby Cernobbio where we were working from at the time. You would need a car and parking both outside and in the Garage underneath the property was good. The Apartment is very well appointed and very spacious. The views from the outside terrace is just spectacular and is a great place to catch some sun and also relax in a very peaceful surroundings! I will certainly be re-booking next time I visit the area again! Jonathan and Eva our hosts were very contactable and very helpful with the whole stay.
