Lokasi hotel sangat strategik, berdekatan dengan kemudahan asas seperti kedai makan, bank dan juga tidak jauh dari bandar . Sesuai untuk mereka yang ada urusan di sekitar Jitra
Check-in sangat lambat kerana staff kurang cekap mengurus booking. Nasib baik manager bertugas membantu dan selesaikan dengan baik. Harap pihak hotel dapat improve dari segi efficiency front desk.”
