    Definitely one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. Where do I even begin? The room had such a strong damp and musty smell that it was impossible to ignore. You know something is wrong when the first thing you notice after walking into a hotel room is the smell. Then came the bathroom issue. In the first room, the shower was basically pouring water everywhere, leaving the entire bathroom floor flooded. We reported it, and instead of fixing the issue, the hotel moved us to another room. Great, problem solved… right? Nope. The new room was on the same floor, with the same unpleasant smell, and the moment we entered, there was also a mysterious constant knocking/tapping sound. At this point, it felt like the room came with its own sound effects. And then there was the bed. I booked a king-size bed, but somehow ended up with one queen-size bed and one single bed. Not quite what I booked. And to make the room even more “interesting”, there was a huge concrete pillar right in the middle of the room. 🤦🏽‍♀️ But honestly, the most ridiculous part of the whole stay was the food policy. Guests are not allowed to order food from outside. Fine, hotels have rules. But here’s the problem: the hotel’s own kitchen stops taking orders at 10 PM, and food service only starts again after 11:30 AM the next day. So… if you’re hungry at 10:30 PM, good luck? 😂 I’ve stayed at countless hotels, from budget properties to high-end five-star hotels, and I have never experienced anything quite like this… a hotel that doesn’t allow outside food while also having such limited food service hours. Overall, this stay was disappointing from start to finish: bad smell, bathroom problems, room change, wrong bed configuration, strange room layout, unexplained noise, and an extremely restrictive food policy. Definitely not the kind of hotel experience I expected, and certainly not one I would want to repeat.
