Superb view from my room . Breakfast variety . Ada kolam and pantai so my kids can experience both . Bilik selesa utk kami sekeluarga 2 adults and 2 little kids .

This was quite an upsetting trip for me, so I hope every future traveller would consider this carefully. We booked this hotel specifically because of the ocean view and private beach and SPECIFICALLY paid extra for those benefits (hillside view is significantly cheaper). Upon checking into the room (1st floor), the so-called "ocean view" was a window overlooking the pool, the trees, and literally everything else except the sea. We could barely catch a peek of the sea beyond this. We weren't even allowed to change the room due to alleged full capacity. There are a grand total of 6 TV channels (including the hotel TV channel, TLC, Nickelodeon and some other channels which were constantly playing ads) and no HDMI cable, which rendered it completely useless. The beach is unsafe and jellyfish infested (a huge one floated right by us as we were swimming). Breakfast and the pool was also a very uncomfortable experience due to the large number of stealing crows. We witnessed a crow fly off with an egg and noodle from an unattended plate of a guest who went off to get more food. Another crow also stole an unopened packet of crisps from our bags while we were swimming in the pool. The crows were also bathing and drinking the pool water which was really disgusting. The soundproofing is also terrible, you can hear full conversations while passing by rooms. I'm completely disappointed with this experience especially with the premium price. I wish the hotel had been more transparent with the ocean view and perhaps offered a lower rate for the lower rooms. It's a shame, because the bad parts of the hotel completely overshadowed any redeeming qualities.
