    The hotel was really great, especially in terms of its location. It is conveniently located close to the city centre, making it easy to travel to various places and attractions. The facilities provided were also quite good and definitely worth the affordable price. I was pleasantly surprised when my standard room was upgraded to a Superior Room. The room was spacious, comfortable and very nice. On the third day, I moved to a Family Suite. Unfortunately, this room was not as clean as the previous one, with some stubborn stains left on the carpet by previous guests. The air-conditioning also needs some improvement as it was quite noisy and not cold enough. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. Despite the minor issues with the Family Suite, this hotel is still a great choice and offers excellent value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again.

    Pros: The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the early check-in. The room size was sufficient for two adults and a child. The breakfast area itself has a nice atmosphere. Cons: This is a very budget-friendly hotel, but it comes with significant compromises regarding hygiene. The air-conditioning was very noisy, and toiletries - only soap/shampoo. *Important Note for Families*: Many families choose this hotel because of the swimming pool, but please be aware that the pool is not clean. I reported the lack of cleanliness to the reception on our second day and received a polite response, but no action was taken. By the time we checked out, the pool was still in the same poor condition. When I asked a pool staff member about it, they simply smiled and ignored the concern, acknowledging that the pool is "always like this." Additionally, the breakfast options are very limited, and the plates and cutlery did not feel hygienic. We also had to be cautious of cats and small birds frequently entering the dining area. total 3 night staybP
