Honestly, I would not recommend this hotel, and I will definitely not be staying here again. First of all, the room did not even have basic facilities like a mini fridge. During check-in, the staff told us they would provide one, but guess what? We checked out without ever receiving it! Imagine staying for 3 days and 2 nights without a fridge. To make things worse, the towels provided were torn, and there was no iron in the room either. When we asked about it, we were told that the items were in the store. We understand that housekeeping finishes work at 6 PM, and we have no issue with that. However, does that mean guests cannot get assistance after that time? We even asked for a broom, and instead of helping us, the staff told us to get one ourselves from the room behind our room. The service was disappointing, the facilities were inadequate, and the staff were not helpful at all. Basic guest needs should not be treated as an inconvenience. Sadly, this stay was a complete disappointment. There are plenty of other places to stay in Langkawi, and I would rather spend my money somewhere that values its guests. Never again. One stay was enough.

Great location. A short drive to amenities. Surrounded by nature. Thumbs up to the excellent staff, who helped me when I misplaced my key. And special thanks to the front desk officer who was kind enough to assist with my deposit return on his off day. Five stars all the way.
