    Only stayed here as it's nearest to hospital by foot. Apart from decently maintained somewhat old room. Everything else is unsatisfactory. Almost no receptionist all the time unless it is check-in time, which they didnt leave any way to contact in case need anything during the stay. The mattress just sinks in which is annoying n doesnt recover much. Verh unsatisfactory, only stayed because had no choice. Room is big thats it. Price for this stay is not worth. Stayed in better facilities for lower price.

    Staff tak dapat dihubungi walaupun lebih 10 kali call. Memandangkan lokasi jauh dari Bandar (45minit dari Bandar Alor Setar), jadi saya perlu makluman sebelum check in, risau tiada receptionist waktu malam, tapi call pun tak dapat, jadi merisaukan kalau saya sampai nanti tak boleh check in
