    Sorry terpaksa review jujur. Saya stay 4 hari 3 malam dengan bawa anak kecil atas urusan pertandingan sukan. Kebetulan cuti sekolah bw laa anak2 semua. 1st skali smpai tilam angin meletup sbb terdapat beberapa paku di frame dinding sebelah bawah yang diketuk hanya separuh. Saya rasa benda ni tak patut ada sebab bahaya untuk pengguna. 2nd g pool. As expected kotor n tak terjaga. No towel disediakan n perlu sign form mengatakan mereka x btanggung jwab klau jadi apa2. Bagi saya dah offer kena ada sedikit tanggugjawab utk menyediakan kmudahan yang selesa. Klau tak jangan offer. Antara salah satu sebab saya booked hotel ni sbb ada pool dan dekat dgn tempat pertandingan saya. Then lepas mandi kena sound dgn staff situ sbb kasut anak basah sikit. 3rd Air paip di bilik pula sangat kotor. Kuning. nak mandi pun geli. Mmg kami guna seminimum yg mgkin air. Anak2 mula2 sangat excited nak mandi bathtub terus terbantut. Sy mls nk bsing2 sbb nk focus game. Cuba x nk stress. Kuar pagi balik mlm. 4th Sarapan pula mmg sgt basic. N.goreng, bihun goreng, mee goreng kosong. X de lauk x de telur dadar atau omelette. Mgkin sbb murah kot. Tpi penah je dok hotel murah lain tpi sarapan x de laa teruk sgt. Ni mmg budget2 habis. air pun sukat2 nk sediakan. Nk kata x de customer ada je sbb cuti sekolah. 5th Staff kaunter mmg x de etika counter service. Sound anak bukan main kuat sbb usik ikan hiasan depan tu. Saya x kisah nak tegur tapi biar ada adab sikit. 6th Then masa nk check out ketuk bilik mcm gangster suh kuar. Da call remind. Yes mmg sy lambat sikit around 12.15. bukan saya tengah tido memang tengah siap nak keluar. Cuma barang agak banyak. 7th Pulang kunci pun staff buat keras tak de nak kata terima kasih ke datang lagi ke…. Tapi sepanjang 4 ari sy duduk jumpa laa 2 org staff yg bgus. tu bagi jgak 1 star. Sorang staff oku yg kemas bilik, sorang lg yg serve di restaurant. Jawab dgn baik kalau kita tanya. Yang lain mmg boleh buat hotel rugi. Rasa hotel tu mcm dia punya… kita duduk bukan free. Bayar pkai duit kot…
