El aire acondicionado no está muy bien pensado. Hay solo una máquina central y no da bien para todo el apartamento. Debería tener otra máquina en el dormitorio. Por lo demás todo genial

The apartment is located close to the railway station which makes it very easy to reach Venice (20 minutes from the apartment to St.Lucia station in Venice). It is really big and you have everything what you need inside and in the kitchen. 2 bathrooms was the biggest goal for us! The terrace is not big, but just enought to have a glass of prosseco outside. We really loved the space inside.

It was hard to communicate because they write messages only in Italian and we didn't receive any instructions on how to get the keys. I had to call the administrator to tell him that we are in front of the building and he arrived after 5 minutes to give us the keys. Keep in mind that if you travel from outside Europe, prepare a local sim card to call the administrator, otherwise you will not check-in. There is only one air-conditioner in this very big flat and this is totatlly not enough. The apartment is on last floor and inside is veeeery hot. You have to keep it on for 24 hours in order to get the comfort temperature. There is a problem with the electricity. The circuit breaker has low amperage and when you turn on the dish-washer (we didn't find any sponge to wash the dishes and decided to use the dish-washer) and the air-conditioner at the same time, the circuit breaker turns off and you need to go 5 floors down to turn it on again. The owner didn't tell us about this and we turned on the dish-washer in the morning and had to go out. It took us almost one hour to find out what is going on and I went down and up 4 times. Finaly, we had to turn off the air-conditioner to let the dish-washer finish and spent on this almost one hour. When we came back in the evening, the temperature inside was 35 digrees... Guests should be informed about the electricity problem. If we knew, we should have managed it, its not a big deal. We didn't want to spent 1 hour on finding out whats wrong. There should be box with the keys of the apartment or the administrator should be waiting on the ETA of the guests.

A very spacious and comfortable place. Great interior design, done with attention to details. Everything you may need inside, makes it feel like home. Two bathrooms and showers make a great plus. Excellent kitchen. Perfect location, 5 minutes from the train and bus station.
