It's at the Hanoi Old Quarters so most of the attractions and hotspots there are within walking distances. Yet it being situated behind shophouses makes it quite quaint and comfy, less noise from the traffic of the roads. Comfortable and clean with well scented sheets. The lovely host was really accommodating and friendly.
Lack of ventilation fan (highly suggest the owner to consider installing) at the ground bathroom which I find concerning as the waters and moistures do not dry easily. Plus there's that mustiness if left too long. The low ceilings are already mentioned at the first place so it didn't bother us much. However if you're claustrophobic and have issues with packed, squeezed spaces for showering and prepping your meals, then it's better to really reconsider.

Очень удобное расположение апартаментов. Рядом на углу замечательное заведение с ооочень вкусной едой,все дни ели только там ! Очень милая и отзывчивая хозяйка,сращу предупредила нас до брони о том что в ванной очень низкий потолок.
Не очень чисто в ванной комнате.
Но это ожидаемо в такой ценовой категории.
