The views from the cottage were phenomenal. We are animal lovers and city dwellers so appreciated the peaceful farm environment. Woken up by the roosters, sheep grazing, and most placid dog. Fresh chillies from the garden. The hosts Florrie and Thys were really friendly and accommodating.
The road! Transkei roads ain't for the faint hearted. Do not attempt a journey to the Transkei if you don't have a 4x4. Creepy crawlies, but I guess it comes with the territory and may add some excitement to the trip.. Not for me though....

A great peaceful location outside of the busier Coffee Bay, and Hole in the Wall destinations. Guests will experience living in the remote village atmosphere the Transkei has to offer. The accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable. All necessary facilities and utensils were available.
