Well equipped.
Complex needs some upgrades and maintenance. Gate going onto beach should be locked. Aircon in bathroom off double bed room looks old and should be removed possibly. Toilet in main bedroom looks tatty and could do with a new more modern type as lid on current cistern does not fit and rubbers on toilet seat missing

We did not book for the breakfast
The guests must be provided with clean drinking water as the tap water is not drinkable. There must be an arrangement provided for the iron to the guests.
