N’taba River Lodge & Spa is a beautiful place to stay,the setting alone is worth the trip. But what truly made our stay memorable was the staff.
From the moment we arrived, the reception/front-of-house manager set the tone: warm, welcoming and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
The breakfast team started every morning off right,friendly faces, attentive service and never a moment where we felt forgotten. Dinner service was just as impressive: professional, attentive and full of personality without ever being intrusive.
The housekeeping team deserve a special mention too. Always cheerful, always greeting us with a smile, and our room was spotless every single day.
It’s rare to find a place where every single department is this consistent. Beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, but it’s the people who make N’taba what it is. We would highly recommend it to anyone and would not hesitate to come back.
