Excellent communication, spotless place, clear instructions. Comfortable and a nice little haven after a long day. Decent free parking: off road right by the place. Lots of places to get snacks, meals and fuel within a 10 minute walk / 3 minute drive away. Loads of towels, too - they're in the bottom right black cloth box, in the four space unit in the bedroom by the door.
Accessibility: a wheelchair could get around okay outside and inside, it's all flat aside from a tiny door lip; it's a bath with an adjustable overhead shower (set it at 10 o'clock for best temp and pressure); cupboards with glasses are above head height when standing; it's clutter free so should be good for visually impaired folks.
The bed is on the soft springy side - but that is literally just personal body preference! It's a family heavy area so expect excited kiddy shape noises from the other flats until about 10pm. Kinda reaching for problems at this point.

Key box and code were available for the key collection. The information and a picture was provided to show where the key box was located and how to find the front door described.
It would be useful to have some information in the property about the facilities, how to contact the owner in an emergency and other pieces of information.

The location of the property is good, as it is within residential area with lots of green fields and walks.
The accommodation size is good, having a bedroom and a living room. The kitchen is well equipped.
The bathroom needs an upgrade- there is mould on the walls, the bath screen is not fitting well, the sink is cracked, the bath outer seal is cracked.
The bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room are extremely uncomfortable. We all have back pain after sleeping there.
The entire accommodation will benefit from an upgrade.
