location, roomy
very dirty, bathroom shower glass disgusting, tiny garden with astroturf only accessible outside in parking area, huge barrel of cigarette butts, neighborhood using the parking area, beds uncomfortable, kettle so furred up as to be unusable, kitchen was grubby

Extremely comfortable apartment. Fairly well equipped kitchen and in an excellent location. Local shops are well stocked and there's plenty of parking spaces.

A nice stay, very convenient location for Oxford. The apartment was clean and tidy. The area was quiet and felt safe. Had a nice evening meal at the recommended pub "Merry Miller" which was around a 30 minute walk.
Suggestions to improve would be easy to do and previously mentioned in reviews:
- Bedside table & lamp in both rooms
- A wardrobe or clothes rail in the double room
- Better lounge seating
- Some basics such as washing up liquid, milk, toilet roll
We also arrived 1hr 30 minutes after we could check in to find the cleaners were still there.

Great to have 2 bedrooms, nice bathroom, quiet location
Was a real shame there were no lamps, only stark overhead lighting, bedroom furniture low quality, living room curtains see-thru, wouldn't take too much to bring it to expectation hoped for.

The beds in 2nd bedroom were comfy and it was clean.
The bed in the main room was impossible to sleep on. Several pieces of furniture were broken on arrival. There are no bedside lamps or lamp in sitting room. The mixer on the shower did not work so had to try and adjust temperature of water via the boiler in kitchen. That did not work very well - either too hot or freezing cold.

My issues were a glass that had a ball of green mould at the bottom of it,and having to wash plates as greasy.The bins outside were also overflowing with rubbish that was loose,we had no where to put ours,Also a chair at table was broken.Aslo I had to tighten bed frame screws as very wobbly and squeaky.

We liked the location as it was near to Oxford and in a pleasant area. Parking was available. It was clean and comfortable.
Difficulty obtaining keys as there was no 4G or WiFi outside the accommodation to connect to the email messages which contained the instructions. We tried phoning but got no reply. Luckily we managed to recall the combination number for the keysafe.
The lock on the door into the building was extremely difficult to open and other people seemed to be experiencing a similar problem.

The location was great for work and the fact I could park on the property was perfect.
The wifi and phone signal was terrible, if you left the main living room the wifi cut out. The bed was too soft for me but I understand that that is a personal preference. When I opened the oven there was a baking dray with dried up remains of the previous guests food still on the tray!
