A perfect stay to visit Oxford

A beautifully furnished, spacious and comfortable apartment with private parking and a garden within easy reach of Oxford town centre. Check in was super easy and all the information I needed was provided. The hosts answered a few questions I had during my stay promptly and helpfully. Would highly recommend

Describing this flat as gorgeous is a fine example of hyperbole.

Flat was very cold and couldn't get the central heating to work at all. Basement flat but garden was overgrown and neglected. Very basic. Had to pay £90 for cleaning! Had to give them £240 in case of damage and another £6 for the privilege of paying it. Two small towels (fortunately I was on my own).

Great location to stay like a local

The bedroom was huge and had an American King sized bed. There was plenty of room for opening suitcases and space to hang up clothes. The kitchen has a clothes washer which we used several times. A drying rack was also provided. There was an espresso machine and many pantry staples provided. The decor was pleasing! The owners provided a hairdryer and several plug in adapters. There also is a router with free Wi-Fi. The flat was near two bus stops, a couple of coffee shops, and a pub. We traveled a lot and this was a great home base. We really liked the location. We got more of a local experience rather than a touristy hotel experience.

The most surprising was there was not a TV at the property. Bring an iPad or device if you like to watch shows. I was looking forward to sitting in the garden to have coffee in the morning but it has not been kept up with. There were plastic bags that had blown in and weeds were taking over. It didn’t look like the pictures. You will need to hand wash all your dishes.
