About this cottage rental
The Potter Cottage is a 1600 square foot home that was been completely renovated in 2019 and sits on 4.6 acres. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a tile shower are just a few of the amazing features of this home! The home has three bedrooms, two full baths and an additional shower in the basement, the basement also has a game area and Queen Murphy Bed to accommodate the entire family. Enjoy fishing and the beautiful views from the two decks this home has to offer!
There are two rooms on the main floor with Two Queen beds in Each. There is a primary bedroom on the upper floor with a King bed and en suite bathroom. There are two sets of bunk beds and a Queen murphy bed in the basement with a shower.
Guests will access the property with a keypad combination lock
We will give you your privacy, but if a problem arrises, we will be there quickly to handle it.
The two car garage has been converted into a recreational room with a ping pong table, pool table, poker table and TV.

Convenient and beautiful location very close to Holiday World, Lincoln State Park, and St. Meinrad’s. The house is clean and spacious with charmingly decorated interior. Our children loved exploring the pond, which was teeming with cute turtles and birds. The home is just off a main road but set back enough to be very peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped, too. When we were stuck indoors, the activity room provided hours of entertainment! 100% recommended.

Excellent gathering space. Loved the multiple hangout locations for the kids: basement bunk room and garage. We brought air mattresses for our bigger kids in the bunk room. It’s nice and dark. They all slept in until 8am. House details were so thoughtful. Attention to detail at every turn! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful scenery, great space for a family, lots to to do! Pool table, ping pong, poker table, lots of tvs, great space by the lake! Even the beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend!
