Loved the location. And the building was great! Our room was great also.
The pool is very small and they only allow 5 people to be in the pool at a time. This building is huge and it’s the only pool. It also only goes to 3-1/2 ft deep. Also my sheets were stained and I informed the host. I sent pictures of the stained sheets and the host said he would investigate it. The pictures plainly showed the stains. They offered to bring me clean sheets the next day and never brought them nor did they offer to reimburse any of my money for the stay. Crappy hospitality. I clean rentals for a living and I would NEVER leave stained sheets for a guest! I also host my own rental and would never tell a guest I’d do something and not make good on that promise. I should have at least been refunded my cleaning fee! I’m not a happy guest AT ALL!!!
