Spacious and comfortable. Staff even though not at the property were very responsive and friendly. Location was great for downtown proximity to attractions. Clear steps to checking into the property. Nice amenities, and everything was provided in the unit.
The going back and forth when you first get there to get the parking pass was difficult but manageable. Maybe look into a way to streamline better? Check out was also not working right, but I just sent them screenshot of the error and was able to check out that way.

The balcony was nice, the view was of the construction and side street.
The online instructions were confusing and if it weren’t for a tenant outside walking her dogs helping me I would have never got in. I hit a curb I didn’t see due to all the dirt from construction along the sides of the road, spent most of the nest morning getting a new tire.
