Essentially you will be booking the entire building making the building exclusively yours. This building has 4 separated private condos! The pictures featured are of all four guest-condos, yet all the condos over all are very similar.

*Hardwood floors (condo 1 & 2)
All four Suites have:
A Kitchen (with Washer & Dryer)
1 Bathroom
1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed
Common space room 1, has 1 full click-sofas
Common space room 2, has 2 full click-sofas
2 closets (large walk closet in suite 1)
Upstairs
1 full futon in common space area
*12 rooms with beds (in 8 of the rooms we removed the doors to make it more open concept).
Large front yard with seating
Backyard patio with 1 propane grills (we do not guarantee propane).
