This granite built former fisherman's cottage is ideally situated in the heart of Downalong, minutes from the town and the harbour front, the sandy beaches of Porthmeor and Porthgwidden and the Island car park. Careful renovation in recent years has resulted in a characterful cottage with modern facilities, perfect for summer and winter breaks. Fresh colours throughout give a light and airy feel. New and antique furnishings combine to create a real home from home.
Ground Floor
Sitting room. A comfortable settee, 2 armchairs and pouffe. Smart TV and Hi-Fi with radio/CD player. Coal-effect gas fire adds to the cosy nature of this cottage.
Kitchen/dining room. Spacious room with reclaimed Mexican tiled floor. Integrated appliances include a 6 ring cooker and hood, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher and a microwave with grill. Large Victorian pine dresser and farmhouse table which comfortably seats 6. Access to area at the rear of the property where there is a bench and an array of flower pots where you can enjoy the afternoon sun.

Bedroom 1. King size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, TV with Freeview and DVD player and space for a travel cot.
