Lovely place to stay. We liked it greatly. Just a late check in was poor.

Getting the keys at 5pm is far too late. We arrived at lunch time and to get a park as well as drop your bags off isn’t possible. The parking in St Ives is appalling. Getting your keys sooner would help massively. You have to vacate the property at 10am. It can’t take 7 hrs to clean the property.
