About this apartment rental
Gwel Enys is one of only 5 properties in Trelissick Court, an attractive building hung with traditional Cornish slate tiles. There are 2 private dedicated parking spaces for each property and its position overlooking St Ives Bay gives stunning sea and harbour views. Set in beautiful and well maintained gardens and lawn, it is ideal for both families and couples, having safe areas for children to play, and sunny spots for adults to relax. This ground floor apartment has been fully refurbished and tastefully decorated to a high standard in fresh coastal colours. There is a bright, open plan lounge with kitchen and dining area, and patio doors leading directly out onto the large terrace, perfect for eating al fresco. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite with large shower, and the second bedroom has twin beds. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. There is free super fast fibre Broadband and smart TV available at the apartment.
If this Apartment is already booked, our family also have another Apartment in the same building, “Atlantic Aspect” Flat 4 is on the First floor (Property No 10182541). For larger family groups who wish to book 2 apartments, both apartments can be booked together (subject to availability)
Both apartments are ideally situated, being in the peaceful and more exclusive "Belyars" area of St Ives, yet still only a short stroll down to the town. The harbour and all the stunning beaches of St Ives are within easy walking distance.

We had a brilliant stay in St Ives. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious for a family of four. The kitchen was really well equipped and we found everything we needed. We loved the location and were grateful for the fantastic local tips from our host. Communication was great and check in was easy. It was also great to have a dedicated parking space. We hope to come again soon!

Superb. Very comfortable apartment, well fitted out, with lovely views to harbour. Easy access and parking. This is our second stay here and we loved it. Steps into town for good exercise and plenty of food choices. Good base to explore the area by car.
