Beach House Perth

Fantastic location right near Scarborough Beach with beautiful ocean views. The house was clean, modern, fully equipped with everything we needed, and offered a wonderfully comfortable, relaxing vibe for our weekend trip and the owners were really nice 10/10 highly recommended 🙏🏻

Nothing major at all everything ran smoothly and met our expectations for a great beach getaway.

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt direkt am Strand . Die Villa ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich lieb und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jedem empfehlen dort zu buchen.

Great spot to stay and such a beautiful view. Main road is quite busy during peak times but no noise could be heard within the premises and you still had the most beautiful view from the Indian Ocean room. Rick the owner was amazing went out of his way to make us feel at home even though he was on holidays himself. One thing I would strongly suggest, which I wish I had done is book directly through them 😊

It had good views. Room & house were very tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and nice linen. Decent pillows. Walking distance to main food and drink area.

Description on booking dot com not very transparent as to shared kitchen. Plus lounge area. It’s a nice room with ensuite in a house. Entrance was not private as stated. Not a private beach. Just convenient entrance across road. Very busy highway. Consistent continual road noise. From 5am to 9pm. Couldn’t leave door open & even closed sound wasn’t completely blocked out. Very difficult to cross the road & witnessed an accident while staying. Not very private as dwellings across road could see in. Room balcony was accessible by anyone staying in the house. Limited my feelings of privacy & security.
