    My girlfriend and I stayed for 1 night and were so very happy with our stay… we were upgraded to a bigger room which was amazing! The room was clean and well presented upon arrival. Thankyou so much for a great stay… Will definitely recommend this hotel to family & friends.

    Though the hotel is meant to be four star but it is without a proper reception area, but the staff are extremely helpful. There is storage for your luggage in case you need to go outstation for a road trip to the pink lake. The room is nicely decorated with contemporary feel. There are many eateries nearby. If the hotel management considers to expand the reception area, the hotel would be perfect for travellers to stay in Perth.

    Hotel itself is kinda small. When checked in, was told can upgrade to a bigger room, high floor and better view for A$15/night which I did. I got 15th floor. The room was pretty good size which I think was 30sqm while the smaller room according to Agoda website is 28sqm. The better view unfortunately is 2 big office buildings across the road with the “view” of constructions between the 2 buildings. But I have to say the room was clean and king bed was very comfortable. Hotel can store luggages if required. Walking distance to Perth Central train station, shopping streets.

    Arranged an early morning pick up by taxi 04:30 to the airport for a flight back to the UK. receptionist said she would leave a message for her colleague. We arrived at reception at 04:25, we shouted, banged on doors for 15 mins no one came. We knew we were unable to book a taxi via an app due the city centre location, it was a public holiday, so the trains didn’t start till 07:00. We were left wandering the streets in the pitch black ( we are 2 women in our 60s and 70s). In the end had to flag down a police car, who called us a taxi and waited till we were inside. Shame on you!!!!! Where I work, sleeping on your working shift is a sackable offence.
