    Stayed several times. Staff excellent. Food great room ckean. Herritage is much more comfortable and has cherm comlared to modern room. Wish roof top olened more always miss it. Gym ok.

    The hotel was fine. Staff we great. Breakfast was great. Got this place for a good price and looked like a good location. I feel like this little things mattered however. Our king bed felt exactly like two singles together, felt the crease all night, there was hair left in the shower, the tv was not very smart as listed and most annoying our room was level 1 next to the function room. This function did not begin to be quite until 11.45 pm, was very loud. As I said at the start for us it was the little things, there was nothing particularly bad but it did add up.

    Lovely hotel in good position and staff on reception excellent. Room was lovely and big and great bathroom but I felt this was tailored more for the business customer than tourist as lack of drawers for clothing and only one office chair for seating.

    Beautiful heritage hotel with lovely outside design and polite staff, but unfortunately the experience fell short. I chose this hotel for a peaceful final night after nine days in Perth, yet from 7 PM onwards there was loud shouting from an event downstairs, followed by a live band playing energetic music until after 10 PM. Reception apologised, but the hotel was fully booked and relocation was not possible. A follow-up call later in the evening went unanswered. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication. There was no advance notice, no mention at check-in, and no in-room letter advising of the event. I also later realised that I had booked a Contemporary Room with City View but was allocated an inner courtyard room instead. While larger, it was not the room type I had chosen. No privacy, not too clean, tiny vanity in a huge bathroom, amenities do nor look nor feel 5 star, plus too small of old tv for such a big room. A potentially beautiful property, but poor communication and expectation management significantly impacted the stay.
