    Great location in CBD near shopping, restaurants, cafes, transportation, museums, nightlife etc. Check in staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Room was large and comfortable, reasonably quiet as well, although there was a structural column in one corner that cut off around 30 Sq ft. Other downsides: they clearly have not given a lot of thought to detail: who places a safe box where you have to get down on the floor on your hands and knees to use it? Shower/bath is fine but a bit slippery and no safety mat provided. Not recommended for seniors. Housekeeping could have been better (missed one day even though requested) and did not replenish bottled water or things like instant coffee/tea bags. Not really needed but noticed.

    1)Location is super as is just 5-6 min walk from Perth Underground. 2)Surrounding all branded shops and feel safe and is quiet during nite time 3)Only 1 time make up room during my 7 nites stay and no change of towels, no refill of water bottles, but you may request from reception for refill (no bottle drink given - keep your empty bottle) 4)Check to make sure door are lock before leaving room as our door is able to open without key from outside
