Upon arrival I was told there was to be a street party type night until midnight so no chance of getting sleep before that lol but it was quiet after. Clean room and clean communal areas. Hotel area seperated from pub quite well so no one except guests could access. Wasn’t a fan of a table and chairs outside my window tho that other guests sat at whilst I was in my room. Very awkward lol. Good price but unsure if was discounted for the aforementioned street party. If I stay again I’d have to research if there was a party on haha

Upon check-in, I realised that this hotel was run by Reginalds Sports Bar. I was told that it would be noisy at night so ear plugs were provided. In other words, there wasn’t any proper hotel reception.
They didn’t clean my room throughout the whole 7-night stay. As no bartenders worked in early mornings, I could only reach out the cleaning ladies to get shampoo and shower replenishment as well as fresh towels. I usually returned to the room at night so the bartenders were usually very busy serving other customers food and drinks.
Their en-suite rooms seemed quite nice, which were inside the main building. Mine were single rooms with shared bathrooms, which were on the extended area next to the bar garden. So these rooms were always very noisy especially on Friday and Saturdays. Loud music wouldn’t stop until 2am. There wasn’t any Wi-Fi signal in the extended area. I had to sit at the lounge in the main building to get Wi-Fi.
These rooms in the extended area were very cold at night in October (no heating). No spare blankets were provided so I needed to wear T-shirts instead of vests to go to bed or otherwise I would wake up trembling in the middle of the night. I tried to let them know the freezing cold problem by messaging them through Agoda, but there wasn’t any reply.
If they could clean my room every day, have good Wi-Fi signal inside the room and provide extra blankets in the closets, I would highly recommend this hotel as I don’t really mind their loud music. Their location is right at the centre of Fremantle, just a short walk from the train station.
