It was a classic workers end-terrace, two rooms + kitchen and bath downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Probably built 1900-1910. Nice thick walls so not so hot (it was the hottest day of the year). Breakfast makings were available. The owner was helpful.
Confusing address - it was of the terrace number but not really a street number so some confusion finding it on a map.

I was lucky enough to have the house to myself, and for an overnight or short stay very good.
For an older person like myself, having the bathroom toilet down stairs when needing it during the night.

You have to make your own breakfast but there was plenty of choice, the accommodation is in a great location 5 min walk from the town centre. Nice big room and lovely and warm.
The only downside to the accommodation is there is only 1 bathroom which is located downstairs at the back of the house.
