The one saving grace was the pool. Everything else very much way over priced

Towels old and worn I stayed for one week no change of linen The whole place would have been wonderful in its day however now it’s very tired Room service staff friendly but no where near qualified

Not what we paid for

The location is close to the night market.

Honestly, would avoid staying here.. It says on booking.com that check-in is at 14, but it is at 15, and our room was not ready before 16.30. We did not even get a bottle of water while waiting. The staff was really unfriendly and unpleasant to be around. We did not make a scene about the late check-in, but still we felt like they avoided us the entire stay. They also never informed us about the rules to get housekeeping, so the room was not cleaned for the entire stay. The breakfast was not a buffe, but some fruit (that looked like it had been out all day) and different variations of eggs that you had to order. If you stay here, skip the breakfast. Facilities where also disappointing. One pool was closed, the pool bar was closed, and the pool was quite dirty. We booked the poolside suite for the «resort feeling» and I don’t understand how this place has 4 stars. I have lived at better 3 stars hotels. The resort has a great potential, but it is clear that they don’t have the resources to maintain the facilities, e.g, the pool tiles are falling of the floors and walls of the pool. Really disappointing experience, and we ended up leaving feeling that we did not get what we paid for..

Las instalaciones son aceptables pero el precio no se ajusta a lo que debería ofrecer.

El servicio de habitaciones no funcionaba todos los días y el personal parecía forzado para atender a las peticiones que se le hacían. El baño de mi habitación olía a cloaca.

Déçu par l’hôtel

Le personnel très agréable, très serviable, l’emplacement la taille des chambres très bien

On avait l’impression que l’hôtel était à l’abandon besoin d’un gros rafraîchissement, déjeuner horrible pour le prix et l’hôtel très cher pour le prix pour les prestations

Très bien

L’emplacement est idéale proche du night market et de la plage, le personnel est très accueillant

Matelas dur mais le personnel a su répondre à notre problème et a ajouté un sous matelas ce qui était un peu mieux
