Fabulous view from the property great location close to town
The bed was very uncomfortable, and there was quite a bit of noise coming from upstairs, and the barbecue didn’t function properly and get hot enough.

Fantastic views up the bay of islands from all rooms and a spacious patio area plus plenty of space inside.

The view was amazing. Extremely comfortable bed and couch and a wonderful shower too. The hosts were great with everything. Including very clear instructions on how to get to the place, lots of information on what to do around the area, nice Chocolates too.
It was unfortunate we had several days of rain, so we didn’t take full advantage of everything that we could have done there, so didn’t like that we had to leave!

Really lovely location to stay in Paihia and includes a truly spectacular view! The place was very clean and comfortable and the hosts added some nice touches like fresh flowers on the table and bottled water. Highly recommend!
