Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte nichts für den Aufenthalt. Alles war sauber und neuwertig.
Die Kommunikation war problemlos, schnell und sehr freundlich.

Quiet location. Clean and a nice shower. Fan was great above the bed.
Would have appreciated some kitchen supplies like salt and pepper at least for cooking. Overall quite expensive for the size.

It is a modern apartment centrally in Bilbao.
The apartment had hair in various places and a towel with smudges from previous guests. For the price of this apartment, the lack of a laundry machine is important. Also, check in is at 16:00, not a minute earlier, even if the previous guests have checked out at 11:00. Earlier check in is charged extra.
