It was a really nice place to stay. I strongly recommend it!! Excellent location, very comfortable and clean. Independent and easy way to get in.

Good location. Lovely building. Simple, clean room and good shower. Check-in process was daunting done over the phone with codes and keys found in the room, but the host on the phone was friendly and made things easy.
Good property. Bilbao is not my favourite city in the country.

Great for my needs I travel to photograph so by the time i am back to a room its shower and sleep.
Secure and perfectly located in main area of shopping and food. The fobs used to enter doors are high tec and super convenient.
Adriana was my management contact and ensured I was taken care of.
Price paid versus expectations was exceeded price was very reasonable for quality of what I got. Clean , Secure and Location was ideal.
