The apartment was big, and clean(-ish). Not a totally clean. Not new, but in the good condition. The fridge is big but needs defreeze and a thorough clean.

Smells are everywhere. Some smells are nasty: first wave is in the small entryway - strong old tobacco, second - from the washing machine - old unmaintained laundromat odor. Some are manageable - like a food smells from the street. Figuring out how to make shower temperature reasonable was a quest on its own: the key was the patience and doing it OUTSIDE the shower stall. The cloths drying rack was found on the balcony but it was completely destroyed before. The area of the apt. is also kinda questionable - if I would be a girl, I'd never go there after dark. The LED strips around the ceiling is BLINKY - do not use them. I mean, do at least "pencil lamp flicker test" (google it) before installing such lighting fixture. The big lamp in one of sleeping room does not work. Combining all above - the price is over the roof for such place.
