La ubicación, la plaza del garaje (es amplia y está al lado del portal) y las camas muy cómodas. Qué hubiera un baño completo y un aseo está muy bien.
El ruido de la calle el fin de semana porque hay un bar de copas y las ventanas de la casa son de madera y cristal, son antiguas y no está insonorizado, por lo que en la habitación que da a la calle se oye mucho ruido. La otra da a un patio interior tranquilo.

La ubicació es molt céntrica
Els voltants del barri (com qualsevol ciutat al centre) molta gent al carrer i força brut. Però no vam tenir cap tipus de problema.

De lokatie
Erg warm appartement zonder airco en 1 ventilator. En de kussens roken naar zweet dus moesten we handdoeken gebruiken om ze te bedekken. De buurt is niet al te best en omdat voor ventilatie de ramen open moesten was er wel overlast van de buurt en het parkeerdak ernaast.
