Nice compact room but perfect for our needs. Location can’t be beat.

Good location. Basic facilities and can't expect hotel service level. Room is quite small, good for sleeping but limited space to hangout in the room.

Dirty carpet and windowsill. Tiny room. Noisy location, ie. beside a fire door, looking out to a parking lot and close to the bar. Poor water pressure in shower. The room was a huge disappointment but the staff were lovely.

We stayed here couples of times in last few years for Fringe festival because of its location. Used to be quite good but now the furnishings are getting quite tired. Considering paying premium rate to stay, I believe there are better choices to choose from.
