    The hotel I stayed at was next door to the one pictured on the Agoda Booking site. Somehow the person at the guest register thought I should know which hotel I was at by looking at the Agoda Booking number. The breakfast was simple- fruit was nice, very little protein offered for vegetarians. I really enjoyed the 24 hr coffee service. The bed in my room was the strangest - it was two twins pushed together (which is not that unusual) but they were horizontal to the wall so the bed split at night when I was sleeping. That sucked. The condensation from the air conditioner dripped into the carpet - which I reported but it was not fixed. I'm all for using refillable bottles for soap shampoo but the pumps were broken which was a real pain. Given Edinburgh is a tourist destination I would have thought there would be a bit more engagement with guests to see if they needed recommendations for dining or shopping or whatever. I am from Canada and travel a lot and have many experiences with hotels. I was just a bit perplexed.

    Room we received on arrival was not as per photo of the double room I thought we were getting as on Agoda site so be cautious. Turned out that picture was of rooms in Premier Inn just down the street. Staff handled very well and did their best to assist us in their facility. Agoda will be receiving a letter following our return. Never would have booked the rooms in HUB for our special 55t anniversary celebration.

    -Nice hotel. -Excellent location, The Royal Mile less than a 5min walk. -Waverley Train Station 5-6min walk. -Nice little continental breakfast, with yogurt, berries, toast, juices, coffee etc. For 6 pounds.

    The room had smell and air conditioner was old and cannot adjust.
