    Dirty carpet and windowsill. Tiny room. Noisy location, ie. beside a fire door, looking out to a parking lot and close to the bar. Poor water pressure in shower. The room was a huge disappointment but the staff were lovely.

    The in room AC unit was not functioning at all. The staff indicated they were waiting on parts to repair the unit. If all rooms on property have the same AC unit, surely replacement parts would be stored on site for emergencies. Shower leaked water onto the floor outside the bathroom. The staff did not try to assist us with a solution to the AC problem except ONE person. She made sure we were supplied with a fan to help with the heat. Unfortunately I did not get her name.
