    This was a really nice stay, the gym and pool are nice but the pool gets super busy, some of the gym equipment didn’t work very well and they need to add some mats to use the floor space, the location is ok but most people use Grab from there rather than walking, the coffee place at the entrance was really great

    Sorry to say i prefer the first time stay/room far more clean and proper facilities. This room, hair dryer was melted 🥲 .. few plug or dont know what inside the mirror storage area.

    1 key card to access lift, lift lobby and room. Ridiculous. Place is filthy. Aircon spoilt. But they make you wait for hours for the service guy to come. Then after few hours they ask you to change room. Room had no toilet paper. Next morning, the cleaner knocked the door, before I could answer the door, he let himself in!! Toilet has no glass, so they make the water really small so I guess the toilet won’t get wet. Walls are very thin so even the neighbour talking can be heard. There is nothing much downstairs. No eateries. There are many many other better and more affordable options than this place. Beware: Because of their NO REFUND POLICY, they can do as they like and not give a shit.
