Very disappointing stay. The first room had a bad smell, the wardrobe looked old and run-down, and there were several cockroaches. I had to go to the lobby to request a room change. Unfortunately, even after changing rooms, I found another cockroach in the new room the next morning. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. The anchovies were not crispy and there were very few choices. Overall, the cleanliness, room condition, and food quality need serious improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously.Thank you.
