    Overall, it was a really pleasant stay, especially for a solo traveller. The room was quite clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. I also appreciated that it was relatively quiet, with no noticeable noise disturbance from other guests or the surrounding area, which made it easy to rest at night. I was also quite lucky to have a corner room, as it felt a little more private and peaceful. The elevator requires a room access card to scan, which I found reassuring as it adds an extra layer of security. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to LaLaport and the MRT station, making it easy to get around.

    I stayed here for 4 nights. On my first night someone tried to open my door. As a solo female, I panicked. I tried calling the reception multiple times but no one answered. Even my friends overseas called their WhatsApp number but they’re unattended. I eventually called 999 , the police came while Im shaking and crying. I was disappointed by the hotel staff on that night in situation that involving guest's safety. The location is near a mall but I experienced several men approaching and staring at me even if I’m dressed modestly. The hotel itself is nice. I like my room so much but it was the staff response during that night that affected my overall experience.
