Well enjoyed stay with friendly staff and cozy room amenities. View was the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. However, I would like to highlight two issues that may require attention. The air conditioner was not cooling properly even when set to 16°C, and the hot shower was not functioning. I hope the management can arrange for the air conditioner and hot water system to be checked and serviced. Other than these issues, everything else was excellent.

The stay was so great and amazing they'll keep you cozy after a long roam around the city. The views from window is just way beyond you can imagine, a perfect skyline cityscape!

1 key card to access lift, lift lobby and room. Ridiculous. Place is filthy. Aircon spoilt. But they make you wait for hours for the service guy to come. Then after few hours they ask you to change room. Room had no toilet paper. Next morning, the cleaner knocked the door, before I could answer the door, he let himself in!! Toilet has no glass, so they make the water really small so I guess the toilet won’t get wet. Walls are very thin so even the neighbour talking can be heard. There is nothing much downstairs. No eateries. There are many many other better and more affordable options than this place. Beware: Because of their NO REFUND POLICY, they can do as they like and not give a shit.
