    Few steps from KL Sentral. Staf peramah. From the new building you can see nice view of KL but not from the old wing

    The hotel's location is truly strategic, right in the heart of KL Sentral. There are shopping malls and plenty of restaurants and food outlets nearby, making it easy to find food and enjoy some shopping. The hotel also has its own parking facilities within the building, although parking spaces are limited. I believe there are around 3–4 levels of parking available. For those travelling without a car, this hotel is an excellent choice! It is very convenient for getting around Kuala Lumpur, with easy access to the monorail, LRT, MRT, buses, and other public transportation options. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for its strategic location and excellent connectivity. It is especially suitable for travellers who rely on public transport to explore the city. A convenient place to stay for both business and leisure trips!

    Good for a short stay, in the middle of everything. Lots of eateries. Easy access to trains, LRT and busses. Great shopping location. Pleasant.

    This is an honest review. We went there and were shocked that it was very old. The receptionist told me that she upgraded our room but I saw in the elevator that the executive room is 14th floor above. The hotel is very old and not pleasing. I just booked it because of the positive reviews. The carpet outside the room is very dirty and old, like 30 years old. The management should think of renovating. We didnt even stay there for a night. The motels in our country is even better compared to this hotel. It is not a good experience for us. The edge of the cabinet in the room is damaged already. I wasnt able to take photos because I got busy looking for another hotel. I do not recommend this hotel. Yes it is cheap but not comfortable for a vacation.
