Everything is good ,but my husband the person who likes to watch tv while having a rest ,hoping that staff will replace a new tv, voice came out but the screen totally blacked ,sorry maybe out of the topic lol , i totally sastified during our stay✨

I’m writing this review about a week after my stay, as I only had the time to properly share my experience now. Overall, my experience was okay, but there are a few things I feel the hotel could improve. First, regarding communication. Before Agoda submitted the full refund request, whenever I messaged the hotel, I usually received replies quite quickly. However, when I had an important issue, I had to wait until the next morning for a response. The timing was quite frustrating, especially because I was trying to sort everything out within a limited timeframe, and it felt like the process was unnecessarily delayed. I was actually willing to cancel my booking with a full refund and rebook for another date, based on the solution that was previously suggested to me. However, because I didn’t receive a response in time, I had to give up one night of my stay and only continue my trip the following day. I was travelling from quite far away, so I needed to plan my itinerary and make arrangements in advance. The reason I initially wanted to cancel or change the date was also due to an unexpected family emergency involving my travel partner — their mother suddenly had to go to the hospital, and at that time, we didn’t even know whether she would need to be admitted. I understand that the booking was non-refundable, but it was still quite frustrating because I was genuinely trying to resolve the situation properly and was waiting for a response. If I had received the response earlier, I could have made the necessary arrangements and planned my trip accordingly. Another thing I hope the hotel can improve is the cleanliness of the towels. During my stay, the towel provided had quite a strong musty/hapak smell. I used it twice because I didn’t really have another option at the time. After returning from my trip, I developed a severe skin problem and later saw a doctor, who diagnosed it as a fungal infection and I needed further treatment. I can’t say for sure that it was related to the hotel towel, and I don’t want to make an assumption without proof. However, given the smell and condition of the towel, I do feel concerned about the overall hygiene. So, just a personal suggestion for future guests: if you’re particular about hygiene, maybe bring your own towel just to be safe. The location was okay and convenient enough. I understand that this is a budget hotel, so I wasn’t expecting anything luxurious. However, considering the price, I do feel that there is still room for improvement, especially when it comes to cleanliness and customer service. Hopefully, the management can take this feedback positively and improve the towel hygiene, housekeeping standards and response time to customers. I believe these small improvements could make the overall experience much better for future guests.
