    My stay at the Brilliant Spa and Hotel was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, always greeting us with warm smiles whenever we walked past them. Their hospitality made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The room felt new and was impeccably clean the bathroom was impressively spacious. I also appreciated the hotel’s free filtered water dispensers for guests, just remember to bring your own bottle. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was lovely. The hotel always smelled amazing whenever we walked in, probably because it’s also a spa, which made the experience feel even more relaxing. Decent, TV for YouTube and other Streaming services like Netflix if you have accounts for those. Thing worth mentioning is that guests need to ask the staff to retrieve their shoes whenever entering or leaving the premises. The staff were always incredibly kind and happy to help, but we honestly felt a little bad having to trouble them each time. We would have been perfectly happy carrying our own shoes and wearing the hotel’s in-house slippers to our room instead. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Bukit Bintang.

    There is no Spa like sauna steam room or onsen etc. so the name is misleading. Great location, room was tiny but very clean and nice but super tiny. You have to check in your shoes 👠. That was very strange

    This is my second stay at this hotel, and everything was great once again! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
