It's nothing flashy, but it's comfortable with big rooms and clean bathrooms. Also easy walking access to attractions around the area.

The location is generally good. The maintenance isn't bad too, however The frustrating downsides: - Strong cigarette smell: Towards the evening, a heavy cigarette smell entered the room through the shared ventilation system. This was extremely unpleasant, especially for non-smokers. - The staffs were generally polite, but at times their responses felt untruthful. - Be careful with the corner rooms: The corner room gets very warm due to direct sunlight. If you try to lower the temperature using the air-conditioning thermostat, you may be told by the technician that it is not possible because the system is centrally controlled. - Room change takes a long time: If you are offered a room change, be prepared to wait quite a while before the transfer is completed. -Breakfast quality: I encountered eggshells in my omelette twice, and the spaghetti was not fully cooked. This is something the hotel should pay more attention to. Refund communication: If the hotel tells you that you are entitled to a refund (for example, for one night), make sure you follow up in caution. Esp aware of the calls from Agoda customer service because the number was apparently flagged by Truecaller as a scam number. Personally, if you are planning a holiday, I would suggest considering other hotels, as there are many alternatives available in the city centre. These issues made the stay more troublesome than expected.
