    Had a wonderful stay here! The location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to nearby places. The hotel was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

    I was disappointed that the twin tower view meant that the windows faced KLCC. I saw only a little of the twin towers. While the location was good, the toilets at the floor above the lobby which I had to use after checkout on day of departure was smelly from lack of cleaning. Toilet and shower in the room was just slightly better. I cannot understand why the concierge could not issue luggage tags when I place my stuff there on the first day upon arrival and the last day on departure.
