    Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, and all the facilities provided were excellent. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The hotel is also conveniently located, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay. Everything was well worth the price. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you for the excellent hospitality! 😊

    The room was lovely, comfortable, and in a good location. Check-in was smooth. However, the hotel lobby and overall environment were very disappointing. There were many prostitutes hanging around outside the hotel, which made the entrance uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The hotel should seriously reconsider allowing such a low-class club/pub to operate on the premises. Club guests were coming out with cigarettes still lit and smoking around the hotel. The restaurant was also disappointing — dirty, unpleasant, and the food was not good. The reception manager also needs proper customer service and management training. Learn how to manage and treat your guests professionally. Being unhappy or having a bad day is not an excuse to treat guests poorly. Overall, the room was good, but the overall hotel experience felt more like a 2–3 star hotel.
