I stayed at Starus Hotel Bukit Bintang from Monday to Wednesday and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is definitely the biggest advantage—it’s within walking distance of Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang, shopping malls, and plenty of restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur.
The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The hotel also has good facilities, including a nice swimming pool and gym.
The only minor downside was that the area can be a little noisy at night since it’s in the heart of the entertainment district, but that’s expected for such a central location.

Air conditioning was good and generally hotel looked great. Pool was a great bonus and warm. Shower did not drain well and almost flooded floor every time and we had a few cockroaches throughout our stay (we were on 8th floor). Lifts could also be quite slow
